The Uncool Crowd is a husband/wife lapel pin company operating out of Orlando, FL. Our mission is to create and sell products that we would want to wear ourselves. If other people want to wear them too, then that's cool with us, but you might end up eating your lunch alone in a bathroom stall.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    If there is a problem with your order please contact us directly, via email at [email protected]. We usually reply to all messages within one business day.

  • Domestic Shipping

    All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class shipping come with a tracking number. Orders are shipped out within 5 business days of when the order was placed. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased.

    Shipping domestically usually takes up to 1 week to reach the US destination, though can sometimes take longer.

    We do not accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by USPS. If this is the case for you, please email [email protected] and we will work with you to reach a solution.

  • International Shipping

    All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class shipping. Orders are shipped out within 5 business days of when the order was placed. Please note that depending on your location in the world, it can take longer than the standard domestic shipping.

  • What are the garment care instructions for the Robbers Society bandanas?

    These garments are silkscreened by hand and the design includes intricate details. As a result, we recommend that you only wash your bandana by hand in mild detergent, then air dry. Washing and drying the garment via machine might damage portions of the design.
